“Copthorne Hotel Newcastle sits right on the Quayside, and I think that's its greatest strength-a vantage point for the Tyne. Rooms are comfortable, and the recent renovations to the club rooms make them feel fresh. Dining at Quay 7 provides a memorable experience, and the TripAdvisor award confirms what I suspect: this is a solid choice.”

Average stay. Some issues noted

uncleaned bath cleaning failure
the room was quite spacious and provided an acceptable view.
My room was not properly cleaned before my arrival. there were hairs in the bath, and i found no towels. the lack of cleanliness, particularly the uncleaned bath and toilet, was quite concerning. It showed a clear failure in cleaning standards and supervision.

fabulous location nice breakfast lovely view dated furniture worn cabinet fixed shower head
The location was fabulous. Breakfast was really nice. I especially liked the hash browns. I also like the view from the room. It was lovely.
The furniture in my room was very dated. I thought the cabinets, doors and bath panel looked worn and needed replacement. The shower was a fixed head, so I can't wash only my hair if I wanted to.
